Lydia Bishop – Operations Manager

Lydia's background is in the wine industry where she managed restaurant clients throughout the UK for a major merchant before becoming a Wine Buyer, juggling stock across multiple warehouses.

Lydia joined Gemini Network Media in 2007, initally to work on the relaunch of Total Golf Club before taking over the account management of Golf Pro Network clients. As Operations Manager, Lydia now oversees the account management of all Gemini's clients and is closely involved in the ongoing development of every product. After 5 years study of art, latterly at the Courtauld Institute in London, Lydia also brings her eye for good design and usability to the look and feel of all our websites.

A keen rower and Vice-Captain of Pengwern Boat Club, Lydia is passionate about sport and understands the pressing need for any club to market itself effectively to members and visitors alike.

Johanne Nettleton - Sales Administrator

Johanne Nettleton joined Gemini Network Media Ltd in 2011, as Sales Administrator. Following her past job role within the Golf Industry in tills systems and customer service.

Johanne will oversee the day to day goings on of the Gemini Network Media, Leicestershire office at Hinckley.

Peter Whalley - Account Manager

Peter has been at Gemini Network Media since January 2009. As an Account Manager, Peter is responsible for looking after both our clubs and professionals in the set up of their websites and helping them when learning how to use their websites and email marketing tools.

Before joining Gemini, Peter was working within the family's engineering company. His role involved tight deadlines, high levels of customer service and precise accuracy which he was able to bring to his role within the Support Team ensuring all the completion dates are achieved and customer service is maintained to the highest standard.

Peter thoroughly enjoys speaking to golf clubs and professionals to ensure that he is answering all their queries and questions.

Max Morgan - Account Manager

Max is a BA (Hons) Golf Management graduate, achieving 1st class honours. He has studied many topic areas including Golf Operations, International Golf Developments, Sport Development, Player Management & Media, Golf Operations and many more.

He is an avid golfer currently playing off a handicap of 5 and is a member at Wellingborough Golf Club.

Before recently joining Gemini Network Media, Max has worked at the recent Ryder Cup venue Celtic Manor for the Golf Operations team and has extensive face-to-face customer retail experience.

As an Account Manager, Max is responsible for looking after both our clubs and professionals in the set up of their websites and online tee time bookings. Max will also assist all our customers when they are learning how to use their Gemini Network Media products.

Natalie Bower - Account Manager

Natalie joins Gemini Network Media with over nine years of Customer Care experience. Before joining Gemini Network, Natalie worked at Croner Consulting providing administrative and secretarial support to the Business Manager's.

In her new role as an Account Manager, Natalie will be dealing with the set-up of club websites and providing on-going support to enable our clients to get the best out of their products.
