Over the last couple of months, we've reviewed many golf club websites and shared the feedback with the clubs in question. Interestingly, one of common 'mistakes' we identified is that many golf club websites don't make it easy for people to respond.
For example, where you list your green fee prices on your website, do you also explain 'how to book'? Do you list all your contact details, including phone, email and address on that page?
Similarly, do you explain on your 'new memberships' page what to do next, what the process is, a named person to contact and how to contact them?
If you have a contact form, don't over complicate it and most of all, make it easy to fill in. For a good example of this, take a look at one of the golf club's we're working with:

So, put simply, this tip is always make it easy for people to respond and get in touch with you. It seems obvious but we can honestly say that it has been overlooked by so many golf clubs.
